产品在慢慢打磨,很多都是上线前没有考虑到的问题。也多亏上线了,用户的反馈才让我们了解到这些问题。希望在月底前能打磨到一个令自己满意的程度:)

雪球是慢慢滚起来的:
1. 玩豆瓣很久,最早火起来是因为写了一篇讨论 London riot 的帖子,然后又被归为“学术型友邻”,作为学渣的我受宠若惊。这么几年下来,也积累了过万的被关注;
2. 写生产力系列文章也是因为无聊,慢慢攒了十几篇内容,其中有几篇被首页推荐,获得了上万的阅读量;
3. 这回考虑做生产力工具也是觉得这是一个有潜力的方向,而且有可能在豆瓣的基础上积累原始用户。所以一开始就开始做社区,三个月下来也转换了几百个社区用户;
4. 做优质内容的优势依旧存在。有个朋友每天分享一集听过的 podcast,坚持了四百天,她的频道阅读率是我见过最高的,基本都在 70% 以上,最高的甚至超过 80%。要知道少数派这样的优质媒体的阅读率大概只有 10%。当然越大的频道阅读率基本越低。而我自己的频道呢?大概在 50% 左右,偶尔能冲到 60%。
5. Substack 是一个全新的渠道,邮件的打开率在 30% 左右,不知道能不能再往上冲冲。

读完了 No Filter,讲述了 Instagram 的发家史。书名挺有意思的,Instagram 起步的时候靠的就是滤镜,因为当时手机相机还不怎么样,拍出来的照片不靠滤镜就不忍直视。而这本书试图把 Instagram 的历史原封不动地展示出来,所以也就是 No Filter 了。还是蛮佩服两位创始人的,分工明确,性格也合得来。

老实说,从计划做这款基于 Burner list 的产品以来,没有一天不焦虑的,每天都在不断给自己打气和焦虑之间度过。也许这会持续很长一段时间,但是每每看到大家的积极反馈,哪怕是一丁点夸奖,自己都很开心。反正我给自己设定的底线是:1. 10月发 ProductHunt,2. 11月前加入付费模块,3. 明年之前能有100个付费用户。如果这三点都能达成,就继续专心做这个,如果不能,就再找份工作,边工作边迭代吧。

发布内测前,我非常焦虑,总觉得做得还不够好,还需要更多的打磨。但是上周就在 TG 群里和大家说,下周一定会发布。所以无论如何,我们都要在本周发布。感谢 Ryan 不断地修复各种问题,最终我们在周日下午发布了内测邀请。这个版本的 BRNR 在我看来,是一个 workable 的版本,几本的功能都已经实现,所以我还是紧张地发布了。当然很多细节还需要进一步打磨,有一些已经在我们的日程上,有些还需要等测试用户的反馈。无论如何,我们在 11 周内经历了不少坎坷,还算比较顺利地发布了一个 MVP。接下来需要做的就是,听取用户的反馈,继续打磨这款产品。
